Perhaps you want to lose weight. You join the local gym, or buy a treadmill or new workout DVD, get some new workout clothes and shoes, look-up everything you can on healthy eating and clean out your pantry. Nothing is stopping you this time. You congratulate yourself on being disciplined and diligent. This momentum lasts until something comes up and you miss one workout. The next thing you know, one missed workout has turned into two….then more days in a row…. Whatever your personal goals are, finding ways to stay motivated and on track are essential.
