About Kimberly
I have always been passionate about helping people create and live the lives of their dreams. I am a firm believer that each one of us possesses inner strength and wisdom, and that we can tap into our inner resources and visualize where we want to go and the path that will lead us on that journey. My role is to be a partner with you on that journey - supporting, encouraging and clarifying - but never telling you what you "should" do.
My specialty areas are: health & wellness coaching, work/life balance coaching, and anxiety & stress reduction coaching.
I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1999 and became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2002*. I am a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education. I have received training as a Life Coach with an accredited institution of the International Coach Federation. In 2003, I completed the Basic Coach Training Intensive Program through the Institute of Life Coaching Training (ILCT), and in 2009, after attending the National Wellness Conference, I became a Certified Circle of Life Coach.
I currently live just outside of Madison, WI with my husband and two sons.
